¿ Porque Alquilar una casa de Vacaciones?

Fuimos  pasar un fin de semana en Benidoleig  y nos hospedamos en la casa de alquiler de vacaciones que Angeles y su equipo tiene en el pueblo, la casa18.es, y hoy  he venido compartir con vosotros nuestra experiencia y opinión sobre el hospedaje y las ventajas de alquilar una casa en vez de estar en un hotel.

Antes que nada, decir que fue muy simple y muy rápida la atención que recibimos.

Nada mas enviar un e-mail para informarnos más sobre el alquiler y hacer la reserva, tuvimos la contestación  seguida, y además con más datos que no habíamos cuestionado pero que nos fueron muy útiles.

Una de las cosas que más nos llamo la atención cuando llegamos fue ver que las fotos que vimos por Internet en su web eran verdaderas y las descripciones de todo eran perfectas. Angeles, una de las dueñas de la casa, nos estaba esperando en el horario que acordamos, y nos enseño todo lo que teníamos que saber del lugar.

Además  en la casa tienen preparado un cuaderno con ideas y cosas que puedes ver y hacer por el pueblo y sus alrededores, detalladamente explicado. No tuvimos ningún problema.

Ahora os vamos a enseñar un poquito de la casa mientras describimos como fue nuestro fin de semana en Benidoleig. Y antes que nada, decir que fuimos en 3 personas, pero la casa acomoda hasta 5 personas con todo el confort.

La  Casa18 ha sido renovada completamente en 2017, consta de dos confortables plantas para que usted pueda pasar unas relajantes vacaciones en Benidoleig, un maravilloso y auténtico pueblo español situado en la montaña pero a solo 10 km del mar y cerca de las preciosas playas de la Costa Blanca

Primera Planta  ( Entrada )

Aquí tenéis el recibidor, que como podéis ver no le falta detalle, está muy bien decorado con muy buen gusto. Esas 3 bolsas que se ven allí bajo la mesa fueron un regalo de casa para nosotros, unas bolsas con naranjos de la huerta que tiene Angeles en el pueblo, todo un detalle por su parte 🙂

Primer dormitorio

Todas las habitaciones tienen cama de matrimonio, armario empotrado, calefacción y amplas ventanas con vistas.

Cuarto de baño

Este es cuarto de baño de la planta baja que es muy, muy amplo, parece una habitación, jeje.

SEGUNDO DORMITORIO

Tenemos que confesaros un cosa: nos quedamos tan encantados con esa habitación por sus vistas que tuvimos que jugar al …. a ver quien se quedaba a dormir en ella. Gané yo!!!!

La verdad es que tiene unas vistas increíbles que dan al mar y la montaña y es maravilloso despertar con esa luz que entra por la ventana al amanecer.

Y estar sentado en este sillón leyendo un libro acompañado de una copa de vino mirando el atardecer no tiene precio. Tenéis que probar vosotros, y luego me lo contáis.

Segunda planta 

Subiendo por esas escaleras (que se conservaron de lo que era la casa antigua) encontraremos otra habitación, un cuarto de baño, el salón, la cocina, el comedor y una terraza que os enamorara.

!Y siiii, mas ventanas con vistas!! Os dije que la casa tiene muchas vistas y claro mucha luz.

 El SALÓN 

En el salón no falta de nada, un espacio perfecto para estar con la familia y amigos charlando, viendo la tele (que por cierto tiens un motón de canales en todos los idiomas), tomando un vino frente a chimenea en invierno y por supuesto con el móvil o el ordenador porque claro, tiene wifi.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de ese espacio por la noche.

Imperdonable no ver un aterdecer por esa ventana y estar un ratito en ese balcón mirando la calle y el pueblo desde arriba.

Las vistas desde el balcón del dormitorio de la planta de arriba  y del salón dan para esa preciosa calle, que según nos contaran, es adornada de diferente maneras a cada año.

 

LA COCINA 

Hemos pasado un buen rato en ella porque queríamos sentir como si estuviésemos en casa, así que en ella hemos preparado nuestra comida del medio día, hemos hecho la cena y el desayuno. Esta muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y vajillas que hagan falta para cocinar. Así que no tenéis que preocuparos por nada, solo con la comida.

El comedor
La Terraza 

La puerta del comedor da a esa terraza que tiene unas vistas preciosas preciosas, desde aquí se ve un poco del pueblo, la montaña y el mar. La hemos disfrutado tanto al atardecer como por la mañana donde hemos desayunado.

Y para finalizar os dejamos con una idea de lo bien que lo hemos pasado junto al calorcito de la chimenea al llegar a casa después de haber caminado por el pueblo a la noche.

Ventajas de alquilar un inmueble de vacaciones:

1 – Tracto mas personal

El procedimiento de alquilar una casa de vacaciones es distinto de hacer una reserva en un hotel , eso es una ventaja porque el interés del propietario y su conocimiento de la propiedad son mayores que el sector de reservas de un hotel. Eso te ayuda a hacer la mejor elección para ti y tu familia.

2 – Libertad de horarios:

Ya tienes el compromiso todo el año con los horarios: hora para despertar, hora para ir al trabajo, escuela y compromisos en general. Cuando estés de vacaciones aun queras tener horarios para desayunar, para que te arreglen la habitación? Alquilando una casa puedes quedar hasta las tantas y despertar a la hora que quieras y tomar tu desayuno a tu ritmo y con cosas que tú mismo eligió

3 – Libertad para ir y venir

En esos días la casa es tuya, así que puedes salir a la hora que quieras y llegar cuando a ti te apetezca usando la ropa que llevas puesta, no necesitas vestir una camisa o ponerte unos zapatos para estar por el salón. No pasa lo mismo si estas en un hotel, no te dejaran pasar a tu habitación si no llevas camisa.

4- Economía

Vas a descubrir que alquilar una casa de vacaciones es mucho más económico que las diarias de un hotel del mismo porte.
